Ticket and ID Card exchange in front of Sheraton Hotel Surabaya.
Ticket exchange with ID Card can only be done by the Official Buyer whose name is listed in the ticket purchase. If the Official Buyer is unable to attend, they must provide a power of attorney with a stamp to the representative.
Official Buyer is required to exchange the ticket with ID Card before the D-day at a time that will be informed later.
Bring identification such as KTP or Passport for ID Card exchange.
Invitation Ticket Holders must bring a passport or KTP for ID Card exchange. No ID, no entry.
Keep your ID Card safe. Damaged or lost ID Cards cannot be replaced.
Terms and Conditions
The event venue opens at 17.00 WIB for re-registration.
Children under 17 years are not allowed to enter.
No prohibited items allowed, violators will be removed.

Ticket Policy
Tickets can only be purchased through toymaniacs.id.
Ticket purchases in Indonesia must use the Direct Transfer Method to the account number provided.
Foreign nationals can purchase tickets online and must bring a passport for ID Card exchange.
Maximum ticket purchase is 1 ticket per ID card / Passport.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
